Terms & Conditions

1. Fee Structure

Fees are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid on the 1st day of each month depending on the number of weeks (4 or 5). We do not charge full-term fees.

2. Trial Class

We offer one complimentary trial class for all new students.

3. Class Fees

Ages 4–16 years: $25 per class (excluding GST)
Ages 16+ years: $35 per class (excluding GST)

4. Materials

All materials are provided except a mandatory A3 spiral sketchbook, which must be brought by the student.

5. Missed Classes

Make-up classes are available within the same month only. Parents must inform at least one day prior or on the same day morning. Scheduling is subject to availability.

6. Refund Policy

Fees are strictly non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

7. Continuation

Students must complete one full month before deciding whether to continue.
